I think Halo and Zechs is working the event....if so I wouldn't count them in theory for they will not be playing as TF16 personnel.

Yes Halo and I will be working the game so we shouldn't be counted. I talked with Preacher last night and he said there's still plenty of grants left over so there's still time for people to grab these! C'mon TF-16!
